Open Trial Dates -

All dates are for first settings. Before you send an agreed order to the
attorneys involved, please e-mail the Court Administrator at jrunnels@co.forrest.ms.us to make sure the date is still
available. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and at that time the trial
will be scheduled and the trial date removed from the open trial date list. If
an agreed order setting the case for trial is not received within two weeks,
the case will be removed from the trial calendar. If you would like to choose a
second setting, please review the Set Trial Date Calendar and e-mail the Court
Administrator with the trial date you wish to set.
Contact the Court at least one week prior to your trial date. If your case settles, please e-mail Jerra.
