everyone knows.
Judge
requires a Petition to Enter a Guilty Plea when you come to Court for a
plea. Please make sure you have this
ready to hand in when you come. If your
client is entering a plea on a Criminal Information, then a Waiver of
Indictment is required. If you need
either document, please e-mail Jerra at jrunnels@co.forrest.ms.us.

have criminal trials scheduled every Monday and Wednesday for the next few
weeks, so please plan ahead and have your client plead 10 days PRIOR to the trial date. Failure to appear will result in a bench
warrant being issued and the bond will be forfeited. Defendant will remain in jail until the case
is resolved by plea or trial.
